we dined on a raw food banquet care of chef Jessica Brain on the grounds of the Organic Shed under the shade of a glorious silky oak with a gorgeous vista of the mountains to boot! there will be more tours running this year and I highly recommend it for a gorgeous day in the country
It was a great day. I attended Jessica's December Raw Food demo and was equally impressed with what she taught us. The food we got to eat was so tasty and so easy to prepare, and again I was so full for hours. Looking forward to the next one.
